Classic is no longer updated or maintained. All development has moved to OBS Studio. I would recommend that you update and see if this issue persists there.

You can find the links to download here: https://obsproject.com/download

OK, so I now installed OBS Studio, and this happens also here.
My Bitrate: 2500
Encoder: x264
Resolution: 1920x1080
FPS; 60
Process priority: Normal
Rendering: Direct3D 11

2500 bitrate is nowhere near enough for 1080p 60fps. Set output to 720p, FPS to 30, and see if you still have issues.

It's still laggy, but less. after changing this video looks awful (yeah i now this is because resolution). So I know have less laggy video but looking awful.

Can you post a log from a session you recorded at the lower resolution? Also, are you only looking to record? If so, you can use one of the hardware encoders to ease the strain on your system.

I'd recommend setting OBS to Simple output mode, Indistinguishable Quality under the Recording section for Recording Quality, and then set the encoder to either Hardware (NVENC) or Hardware (QSV).

You'll probably have better luck with QSV as your GPU is quite old.

I switched to QSV and I now can use 1080p 60 FPS at 5000 bitrate with no drops. Now video have good quality and have no drop of FPS.
Thank you for help :)

EDIT:
I can use even 15000 bitrate with no drops, which is absolutely awesome :)

Once again thank you for help
