Question / Help OBS drops FPS even with a strong rig and good connection?

Hello,

I believe I have everything setup correctly for me to stream but it seems I drop FPS?
my game doesn't lag just my OBS?
Its set at 60fps at 720p

No output session in the log. For a log to be useful it needs to contain a record of a recording or streaming session (complete session, started and stopped, with the problem you're having observed during the session).

Make sure Game Mode is off, that causes OBS to lag while the game doesn't.
