Hello,
I am new to streaming and im trying to stream CSGO, My computer specs: computer: intel core i7 4770k, MSI Z87-G45 gaming motherboard GeForce GTX 970 Graphics card, I have a wired connection to my internet with 210.92mbps download and 21.43mbps upload speed, But my Stream starts to drop a lot of frames, above 30% after about 20 minutes of streaming, my game isnt lagging just the stream. My encoding is set to x264 using CBR at 2700 bitrate with 30fps, I would really like to do max settings for twitch, as my computer seems to handle running it at any settings. HELP PLEASE:(

Screenshot of the results, don't read it off. There are numbers from it that are more important.
Also do a minimum of 1 minute tests.

I also called my ISP, They "said" there is no throttling, as I have one of their max plans with no data caps, so it shouldn't throttle. They could be telling me that to make me happy, but not quite sure how to fix the issue if thats the problem.

15:43:36: Interface: Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (ethernet, 1000 mbps)

Probably the source of the problem. The part of the software that isn't the core driver for those network adapters is known to cause problems.

It also doesn't help that your log doesn't show you selecting a specific twitch server.

You'd actually choose a server location from the drop-down list.

And swapping out the full killer networks suite requires downloading the software from the motherboard manufacturer, uninstalling the full suite then installing DRIVERS ONLY.

I found it, changed the settings, seems to help with the drop frames, now the problem I have is when I watch my past broadcasts at twitch.com/t3r_c it seems as if the stream is skipping, even though I'm not dropping frames. Any idea?

I also updated my Ethernet driver, didn't see anything else on there other than the drivers so I left it like that, hoping I got those issues fixed, now I just need to find the right settings for my stream, I tried the obs calculator but it came up with like a max bitrate of 10.. So I don't think that's right.
