OBS dropping out bitrate - can someone help me diagnose the problem?

Hi, my stream keeps dropping from over 6000 kb/s to 0. This happens sometimes multiple times a day (I stream long hours).

I believe my internet may be a cause. I have apparently been having flapping. The internet itself may not stop completely, but drop quite low and then come back up more or less immediately I think. Perhaps this is a factor? The stream will sometimes recover immediately and only drop for a second, but sometimes it doesn't recover at all and stays at 0 kb/s. In those instances, I usually try stopping and restarting stream immediately and it generally seems to recover.

Here is a 'current log' I uploaded immediately after stopping/restarting stream a few minutes ago (I'm still live as I type). I am happy to get earlier logs if it is useful to see patterns when this has happened in the past/happens again in future.

Any help figuring out exactly what is going on would be very appreciated. I'm not 100% sure that it is entirely the internet, because I have also had OBS crash on its own recently for apparently unrelated reasons. Thanks so much in advance for your help. Came on here to see if anybody was having this problem, for the past like 3 day's my stream has dropped for like a second or two as well and reconnected like nothing happened. Not my internet just obs stopping for a few seconds and reconnecting again. Could be a twitch thing if this is happening then maybe? I reset the stream key and changed server just to see if that stops it so will see tomorrow but it's been the last few day's every stream disconnects once maybe a few hours in just to then reconnect but it actually happened twice tonight.
