Question / Help OBS Dropping Frames

Just upgraded to Windows 10, tried to stream and my FPS on OBS seems to only dip. I will stay at 30 FPS for a little bit then it start to dip. I have never experienced this before and would appreciate any help.

Try changing Server. it might help. sometimes I use the server close to me and is worse than one a little further.

Changing servers is going to help my OBS frame rate drop when my bitrate is stable? Ill try it.

oh you mean FPS my bad I read the comment wrong. if is obs fps I had that issue. making obs full screen or big in size will reduce your fps. if you disable preview it will increase some. the filter you use like bicubic lanczos trillinear also helps alot.

There is no recording/streaming attempt in that log and you should disable windows GameDVR.
