So I've been streaming WoW for a while now with no problems. However today I tried streaming, but now whenever I go to an outdoor environment OBS starts to drop frames and it shows up on the stream. My game plays smoothly with no problems, just OBS and the stream end up skipping frames and looking choppy. Inside of a building is no problem and streams as smoothly as my game, but once I go outside its lag city.
And I've read through the dropped frames sticky and nothing seemed to help. I don't seem to think its a network issue due to the fact that it lags in preview mode. I feel it'd be a hardware issue, but it was fine before and now its starting to mess up.
