OBS dropping frames over 70%, but my internet is fine

Good evening. I've not streamed for a while , but tried to recently and my stream was constantly staggering, and I was regularly sitting at 70% dropped frames. Since I last streamed, I only improved my internet speeds, updated to the latest OBS version and barely added a couple of text files to my existing stream layout.

I'm attaching a couple of stream logs when I tried streaming yesterday, but couldn't due to poor performance. I really hope that those will help you help me.

Anything below 90 quality is bad and probably an issue on your ISP.

Disable enhanced broadcasting and test again.
