Question / Help Obs dropping frames in game ONLY

Hi guys and gals. I'm having an issue when im in game obs will not keep a steady frame rate. (really low fps) but when its not in an active game window its fine. I used to be able to stream 1600x900 60 fps with no issues but now i cant even stream at 720x30 30 fps. https://youtu.be/lFaZ8JuFMN8

Could you please do a recording/streaming attempt for a few minutes then upload the logfile once the recording/streaming attempt is stopped.

You should lower your webcam output resolution to 1280x720, maintaining the 30fps limit. This will help a bit as it is wasting resources when your overall output is 720p30fps.

In order of steps to take (Using x264 encoder):
Cap your fps to 60 (61-63 if you suffer from screen tearing can help alleviate it)
Try lowering your encoder preset from faster to veryfast, or even superfast/ultrafast.
Try lowering your downscale filter to bicubic or bilinear.
