Question / Help OBS Dropping Frames for No Reason

Hey guys, so I've been recently having problems with dropped frames on OBS. I'm using the same config as ever which is 720sp 60 fps 3500 bitrate with a 10mb upload. This started happening since I changed one of my monitors for a better one. It isn't network related since it happens even when I'm not Streaming or Recording, and it happens only when I'm capturing games in the scene. I've checked my cpu and ram usages and they are both fine aswell as the temps. I've got a pretty decent setup: I7 7700K and a MSI Geforce GTX 1060 aswell as 16GB RAM DDR4. I'm leaving a link for my most recent stream with the same setup and config on OBS running smothly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIeuFXgE6Ks

Thank you guys for your help. If you need more info please tell me.

Move all your displays to your nvidia card and do NOT have display and game capture sources in the same scene.

16:38:05.544: - scene 'Cs Go':
16:38:05.544: - source: 'csgo' (game_capture)
16:38:05.544: - source: 'overlay cs go' (image_source)
16:38:05.544: - source: 'Display Capture 3' (monitor_capture)

You've got a lot of game capture sources in your scenes and an excessive number of display capture sources.

And you're still overloading your video card.
