Question / Help OBS: Dropping Frames & Cant stream league.

Hello.

Been using OBS for ages but all of a sudden I constantly drop frames/ my stream will jitter every 30 seconds for like a second. I also cant stream league at all, the moment i open up league and get into game whilst streaming my kb/s goes to red and it constantly jitters/freezes.

my computer is pretty up to date, im working with
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @3.40GHz
12GB RAM.

my internet is also 320 Down 20-22upload, and i never drop below 250 download 18 upload. I have no other programmes open whilst streaming and my bitrate is at 2500 and frames at 30 and 720p

Can anyone give me any advice on what to do?

Ive tried everything on that list. Even contacted my ISP who said upgrading my internet would help, which is what i did to get the 300down and 20 upload and im still having the same problems.

This is what is popping up, however my internet speed is quite good? I dont know if i should lower my bitrate to 2000 to see if that helps at all? No idea what to do about streaming league?

Yes, I read that, and said, I have already contacted my ISP who upgraded my internet and stopped any blockages on my internet? I also was sent a new router and ethanet cable. I know its not a problem with OBS itself but maybe users of OBS who have had similar problems may be able to give some helpful advice.

But this is a forum where many people may come across this post and be able to give their advice and experience and maybe some more indepth info regarding bitrate etc.
