Question / Help OBS DROPPING FPS WITHOUT STREAMING/RECORDING

When I have obs running and playing a game testing in game fps sometimes the little "60fps" in the corner drops to random numbers, 58, 57, 54, and sometimes lower fps. Meanwhile in game fps is just fine. I have a pretty good build so there should be no problems especially when I'm not even streaming or recording anything. I greatly appreciate any help I can get from any of you. thank you so much in a advance. I will leave my last log file in the post.

Recording/Streaming attempt is missing in that log file.
Sounds like render lag, due to GPU overload, but not sure without proper log file.

My gpu usage is never high usually around like 50% and never gets close to use the video memory on the card (4gb gddr5). Would you like me to attempt a stream or recording and repost the log file?
