Question / Help OBS Dropped Frames

Been using OBS for a month now though with Mechwarrior Online it drops my frames every time i log onto the game and no one can watch my stream. Here is my log file

None of it worked now it crashes my game

Edit -- This is now happening in all my games the frames begin to drop about 1 minute after loading the game no in game drops but obs drops

If dropped frames start after a certain amount of time, your ISP is likely 'boosting' your download / upload to fool speed test sites. Your actual sustained up / down is probably about half of what you get from speed test sites, so halve your max bitrate.
