OBS Dropped Frames Extreme Lagging Tried Everything

Hi, first post on the site. I have went through the recommended posts of what to do to fix the issues I'm having. I need to get my stream fixed ASAP because I stream nightly for my business. Any help is appreciated. I ran my stream multiple times trying different things and I have posted the log file below. Thank you
