Question / Help OBS droping frames but my game is running over 100

basically i am running obs studio and capturing the game source through game capture. My game is runing over 100 fps but obs keeps droping frames as in it is set to 30 but will go down to 29 or even as low as 24. not sure what might be causing this. Anyone knows? i use to stream with no problem.

I just posted a thread about this. Try capping your framerate in game (or turn on V-Sync)

I was thinking about maybe putting an fps cap. I will try tonight.
