Question / Help OBS Drop frames alot

I stream normal 4000Kb video Bitrate and last time in may i stream 6000kb

Nowe i go a other internet provider. but nowe from day 1 i got always alot of drop frames so my stream is laggy alot.
I stream 720p, 30fps en 2000 video bitrate and even now is drops.

It go from green to 0 red en back 2000 green

Speedtest.net say my upload is

79.22mbps and 8.81mbps

As you suspected you have a networking problem, the quality column needs to show around 80 consistently for a stable stream. This can be caused by a lot of things but so long as you are not using wireless and you have checked the cables are securely plugged into your router there's not much you can do.

Reporting the issue to your ISP is your best bet.

i call my internet provider 10 times. and they say always the same, you internet is fine with you download en upload
+ i buy new cable's

there's not much more I can tell you I am afraid. Streaming is not really about your upload speed, it's your upload speed to the Twitch servers and the consistency of the data transfer to the Twitch servers. Some ISPs just don't provide a stable connection.

Internet fall off compleet and no wifi. Obs was not responding if i close force obs internet was back online also wifi was back
