Question / Help OBS Download in Chinese?

I have downloaded and checked and re-checked the download and can't seem to figure out why the language is in Chinese once the software is installed. If anyone can help me with this that would be great.

Same Problem here.
Yesterday I made a Youtube Guide for OBS and all was fine, today its like this:

deinstall and reinstall didnt help. Any suggestions?

In OBS, click the second menu option from the left, then select the first option on the drop down list. On the screen that pops up next, click the drop down menu and select English, which should be the 5th one from the top.
