OBS download for MacOS

Hi, I keep getting the same error message when I try to open to download software "Safari can’t open the file “obs-studio-31.0.1-macos-apple.dmg” because no available application can open it.". Any ideas please

It's possible you downloaded the incorrect MacOS version There is one for Apple Silicon (newest Macs) and one for Intel-based Macs (older). Delete what you have and download the other version.

I think you maybe are wrong here. I downloaded the one for Intel-based Macs, but it still does not work, and all came after the latest upgrade.
