Question / Help OBS Download Error

I keep getting an error when I'm trying to setup OBS on my PC, the error code I just got is "Extract: error writing to file avcodec-57.dll" What does this code mean and how can I fix this, just trying to download obs to capture my vods!
 
Something is stopping the installer from writing files. This is usually anti-virus or other software interfering, try disabling anything like that.
 
I disabled my anti-virus and now I get a different error message " Extract: error writing to file avfilter-6.dll
