Question / Help OBS + DotA 2 = Lag ? ....

Hello Folks,

I'm streaming since 3 days.
Game:
DotA 2
or
Mortal Kombat : Armageddon (PSCX2)

System:
Intel i5 Quad Core 3.1 Ghz
Nvidia GTX 560 Ti
8 GB Ram
Windows 7 64 Bit.

When i play dota & stream my game begins to microlag and creates delay.
It doesnt matter if i play on full specs (anti aliasing, spec bloom etc...)

or on low (everything turned off)

OBS:
settings:
streaming on 2000 kbits.

I really dont know why dota drops frames and begins to lag??????
any help
any settings for OBS to fix this????

Home setting:

25k V-DSL
getting mostly 2,5 mb down stream and 0.5 up stream

your cpu isnt really able to handle 1080p

go back down to 30fps

downscale by 1.5 down to 720p

and be happy with streaming
