obs dont start 2nd capture and half-crashed

please look around here in the forum. There are threads over the last three weeks with people having issue with their AMD graphics and recent AMD version installed. Some people reply that downgrading to older AMD software helped.

By the way: One of your sound-devices run with 44.1k, all others (as well as OBS itself) with 48k. Try to bring it to 48k too.
Turn off the Win10 GPU hardware scheduler. Thats within the windows system graphics settings.

Switch to .mkv recording. If a recording fails, the mp4 file will be trash almost. mkv is better than. After recording you can easily remux mkv files within obs (upper left menu) to mp4 finally. And its fast.
