Hey my obs dont connect to server here is report what it say.

Can you provide the obs log from when it happened? Read http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97 on how to do it.

I think there is proplem whit twitch.

Make sure OBS is allowed by your firewall or your firewall isn't blocking outbound port 1935.
In case you believe there's a problem with twitch, try using another server (like amsterdam or frankfurt)
