Bug Report OBS doesnt start in win 8 (no Reports)

Immediatly after installing OBS, the software starts peferctly and i dont have any issues.
But as far as i close OBS and want to reopen it, the Software shows a loading arrow but doesn't start at all, just a reinstallation helps me to open it up again. This happens to me everytime.

My System:

OS:Windwos 8.1 Pro 64 Bit
CPU:AMD Phenom 9850 Quadcore-Processor 2.5 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
GRAPHIC: GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Ok i got a "fix" I switched to compatibility mode to Vista SP2 and lunched it, after that i siwtched back to win8 and now it works, just the message:"CLRHostPlugin.dll" appears but the programm still works fine
