Question / Help OBS doesn't show monitor capture in sources when I right click

I just got this software and all the guides I've found say I need to select monitor capture for what I need to do. However, it doesn't appear in the drop menu when I right click on sources. Where can I find it?

Are you actually using OBS Studio and just posted in the wrong forum? In Studio it's called Display Capture instead.

I'm using studio. This is my first time using this kind of program and I was very confused aobut not finding that option. All the guides I found for this program through google said/showed monitor capture. Thank you for the answer, and sorry for posting in the wrong forum!
