OBS doesn't show GUI anymore

Dear all,

I just added a scene and OBS (30.0.2.0) crashed.
since this moment OBS doesn't start up properly again.Process is running in takmanager, but GUI is not starting again.
Even in safe mode GUI doesn't appear anymore :-(

where is the config stored?
Is there a rollback possible?
how to fix that issue?

%APPDATA%\obs-studio\basic - profiles and scenes.

You can try OBS Studio portable mode and then import required profiles and scene collections.
