OBS doesn't save replay buffer after using for more than 30 minutes (up to hours)

I started having this problem 3-4 months ago, obs starts just fine but after long sessions of recording, replay buffer just doesn't save a clip, my keyboard shortcut is shift + f3

also, when you click "Stop Replay Buffer" I have to click 2 times to actually stop, it doesn't stop by just one click...

change your recording encoder to use the p1 preset instead of p7
