Question / Help OBS Doesn't record menus well

Hello guys am using OBS version 18.0.1 to record my videos I am recording videos of 1080p at 60fps but when I open a menu sometimes it doesn't show for example if I click right click on the mouse and create a new text document in final video the text document would show but how I created it using the right click well not show why please help.
