obs doesn't record full time

I'm recording about 20 mins but while i watch the video i seeing obs recorded only 17 seconds

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Use the bicubic downscale filter.
3. Change your x264 preset to veryfast. If still having issues, use the AMD Hardware encoder.
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
