OBS doesn't recognize AMD HD 6670

Hello! My video source is AMD HD 6670 and I've installed the encoder for AMD, but OBS doesn't recognize it when I go to the encoder options. It shows only x264. The quality of my recordings is low, even though I use Logitech c920, which was supposed to record in HD. And in the video settings, I put 1920x1080. What could be the problem? Do I need to buy a more recent video board? Thank you!

you card is from 2011 the feature you looking for (hardware) is released 2014, if inot misslocked
its not "not supported" anymore, it not exist altime
there is no chance for you to use this feature on that card, he have not the required hardware chip parts

Thanks a lot! I just read the hardware requirements for OBS. I'll have to buy another video board.

That card is a generation before VCE 1.0, AMD's first gen encoder
