Question / Help OBS doesn't output 60 fps while game runs at 100 fps

Hello,

Recently I've had this issue that OBS runs at 60 FPS when I'm alt tabbed, but as soon as I go into a game my OBS fps drops to about 30 FPS. This never used to happen. Here's a report from the last stream:
