OBS doesn't open, Shows up for split second on Task Manager. Help?

I've used OBS for almost two years and I recently did some windows updates like I normally do. But after them, my OBS has been experiencing a weird "error" as I'd like to call it. Any time I try to open the application, the app shows the loading cursor but doesn't show up on screen. Out of curiosity, I went on task manager, only to see it pop up for a split second then close. Is there any way for me to solve this issue? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling OBS a few times but it hasn't worked.

I have no log to present since it doesn't count as an error, but have a video instead.

You can right click the OBS icon in taskbar and click Show, it'll appear on the screen.
