OBS doesn't handle mistakes in stream address

Sometimes I forget to put rtmp:// before an ip address in a custom stream.
Seems that any incorrect formatted specificaion in this field
hoses up OBS where it disconnects and attempts reconnect continually, cannot stop the streaming
with the stop streaming button, and exits with with a process still running.
Reboot is necessary to recover. Easy to reproduce so I'm not including logs.
