OBS doesn't detect the FPS of my video source

Hi,
For some time now, OBS Studio only offers 59.97 fps while the video source connected to my Cam Link 4K generates a 1080p @ 29.97 fps video.
About two months ago, OBS Studio allowed me to select "29.97 (NTSC)".
I think it happened after I did an update of OBS (to the v27.0.1) or maybe after a major Windows update (20H1).

I uninstalled/reinstalled the driver of the Cam Link 4K and recreated the "Video Capture Device" source in OBS but it didn't change anything.

Has anyone ever had this type of problem?
