Question / Help OBS doesn't detect my Elgato Capture Card

I just got the Elgato capture card and tried to hook it up to my computer. I started OBS and tried to add a global source. I clicked on Add Video Capture Device and OBS doesn't detect my Elgato. I have tried everything that I know of.

Use the 32 bit version of OBS.

I also should have noted that i have a 64 bit computer and dont know how to download the 32 bit version
