OBS doesn´t work, can´t pick audio from M-Audio AIR 192/14

I had all configured and working, 8 channels, 5 mics, 2 cameras, I haven´t done anything to it but now I can´t get working sound, I got nothing.

I could only get the sound from the webcam and that´s not useful at all.

Running the x64 OBS, doesn´t matter if it´s OBS studio or streamlabs or anything as it does exactly the same thing.

I could see noise coming in the channels I´m using but it looks like it connects and disconnects every second, that´s not happening anywhere else, I could use my setup as is with Reaper, and I could not get the sound from Reaper either but that´s a different history.

I have already reinstalled OBS, with and without ASIO for OBS, still the same.

Nobody had any idea what´s happening?
Or how to let OBS pick the audio from Reaper?

No, I tried that couldn´t get it to work.

It was something to do with the USB hub and the bandwidth I think, got it working with Reaper and the Reaplugins after deleting everything and cleaning and rewiring of everything.
