Question / Help obs does not stop recording and video stays with 1 second

my obs I put to record .... I record and when I press to stop recording it is infinitely "stop recording" then when I stop recording manually the video is only 1 second long

I have similar problem obs record 3 minutes and then I open the file but only record 20 sec.......
