OBS does not rescale properly when moved to different resolution monitor

We recently added a 4k monitor to our setup. There are 3 monitors total with the other two being 1080p. OBS will open on whichever monitor we have designated as primary, which could change depending on what we're streaming and, in any case, we may want to move OBS to the non-primary monitor. If OBS opens on one of the 1080p monitors and is moved to the 4k monitor, the toolbar gets squished and the text is excessively small in any docks along the lower pane. If OBS opens on the 4k monitor and is moved to one of the 1080p monitors, the toolbar gets spread out and the text is excessively large in any docks along the lower pane.

In case it helps, some recent log files are attached.

It sounds like Windows is attempting to scale this program for you, rather than OBS trying to scale to Windows. This suggests that a DPI scaling option has been selected for this program.

You can check this by opening the DPI properties of OBS (Right click on the program/shortcut and choose Properties, navigate to the Compatibility tab) to see what is selected.

My knowledge of what to choose next becomes a bit more limited at this point, but attached is a screenshot of how mine is currently set up. I suspect that "Program DPI" may be enabled on your end, based on the issue changing depending on what monitor the OBS window first opens up on, but the "Override high DPI" option may also be a factor...

You can find more information on program scaling issues (as well as what some of the dropdowns in these properties mean) here:

Thank you for this reply. In the "change high DPI settings" window, no checkboxes were selected. I marked the checkbox for "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and then picked "System" from the dropdown. After applying this change, it started working.
