when i downloaded, unzipped, and transferred the two files from CLR browser source plugin and opened my OBS to make a new source there is no option for "CLR Browser". I am using the 64bit version of OBS and I downloaded the 64bit version of the CLR browser source plugin to the correct folder in OBS.
