OBS does not launch after update

Hi, I haven't used OBS for a couple months and today I noticed there was a new update so I updated it. (ver 26.1.1)
But after that, it just doesn't open!! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times, rebooted my computer, AND deleted the files from %appdata%\obs-studio which was mentioned many times in previous threads, and still it doesn't open. I need to use it tomorrow, could someone help me please :(
And I want to attach a log file but OBS doesn't open, so I can't do that at all.

ok I will try this thank you for your reply.
But one thing I've noticed is that this happens not only for OBS but also for other screen recording programs too...
Do you think it may have something to do with the recent Windows update? (mine happened on Feb 21st)

it’s possible. Windows likes to take liberties and change settings. If what I have said doesn’t solve it then try rolling windows back before the previous update and see if that solves the problem. Sometimes updates don’t install correctly.

I tried what you said, but it didin't work :( And I deleted the previous version of windows because my hard disk space was limited so I can't roll it back...
I noticed that if I click on the OBS icon multiple times in a row, a message pops up saying that "OBS is already running. Do you want to launch it even so?" (or something like that, I translated this from my language)
So it means that OBS did launch... but I don't see it running and the application does not show on the list of apps that are currently running.
