OBS does not finish recording entire video + Extreme lag in video output

Hi there everyone. It's been 2 days since I started using OBS. I primarily use it to record my class videos on Zoom. However, OBS isn't recording the entire duration of the clip. For example, if I record for 40 mins, OBS only stores up to 5-6 mins of footage and refuses to do the rest. Alongside that problem, the recorded video is very laggy and the fps is dropping like hell. I have attached the log file, so please tell me if there is any fix. I tried recording without Zoom open and it worked fine so I am not sure what might've happened. It may have been the CPU usage.

P.S: When I click "Stop Recording" it refuses to do so and I have to click the button again to stop recording at last. I haven't seen any audio issues with it, but ht video is laggy and delayed.

Your 11 years old CPU isn't even remotely powerful enough to live encode video. To perhaps get some video, reduce the fps to 5 or 10, and decrease the base and output resolution to something like 640x360 or 426x240 or even lower.
