Hey! I had the same problem and what I had to do was uninstall and reinstall OBS. I know this is a pain but if export you scene collection and make sure you have a list of plugins to reinstall (If you had any) it should only take around 20 mins. I think the problem may have been accidently changing something whilst noodling around in the program file :)
