I actually found MP4 to be the best format for me, as I can store many audio channels.
To be specific - 1 channel for the microphone, 1 channel for desktop/game audio.
This solution is much better for me rather than using 2 audio files - one for each. And since MP4 is a compression format - it won't take too much space.
As mentioned above, MKV also supports multiple audio tracks. After completing recording, just use the convenient "Remux Recordings" entry in the File menu to convert to MP4. Recording directly to .mp4 is really, really not recommended.
Alrighty. When I'll record videos (which will take a while to begin), I'll test the MKV format. If it serves me well - I'll keep using it.
