I've tried lots of solutions, but none of them worked. The screen is still black for Display/Game/Window Capture. Switching to Integrated Graphics worked back then, but after updating to the latest Windows Update (1909), the workaround didn't work anymore. Selecting "Browse" in the Graphics Settings causes the Settings app to close/crash for some reason. (EDIT: It crashes everytime I go to some of the settings subsets (Graphics Settings and Apps etc.) I've tried doing sfc /scannow but it detects no errors.)

- the running it through both integrated graphics and NVIDIA graphics,
- running it in admin mode
- resetting the settings
- trying Streamlabs OBS
- creating a new scene
- restarting and shutting down
- reinstalling OBS
