Question / Help obs, discord, voice meter banana windows sound settings

Hi,
I just started out with gaming, my own channel Moralworx on YouTube, video editing and all those nice things (bear with me my stuff not so cool yet but i learn every day) but i have a big problem and i can't find a PROPER tutorial on this. i want to record my game play,webcam,discord each apart so that i can edit it and control the volumes etc. i have obs studio,voice meter banana, all the vb cables and discord and a web cam, there is allot of tutorials i followed i will not go into that but like then the mic doesn't even if i see the bar move on obs record then this doesn't record etc etc I will get adobe premiere etc to split the audio if i can get it to record properly can some one please give me a PROPER walk through on setup from the sound settings on desktop the play back and recording tabs to voice meter banana and discord and obs so that i can split every thing in obs then edit and make a new video PLEASE, or with whom can i discus in detail this. Also i only have on board sound card., head phones with build in mic Your help will be appreciated Regards
