OBS Disconnects

Have posted in the discord a few times (with issue updates) but thought a thread with everything in one place would be more helpful.

Backstory:
I use a 2 PC setup, the PC using OBS only uses two small audio programs besides OBS. It does not run the games I stream.
Used OBS (27.1.3 and previous) with no issues.
Updated to 27.2 as soon as OBS tweeted that we needed to update before the end of the month.
Experienced the system freeze that OBS documented.
Used Revo Uninstaller to completely remove all traces of 27.2
Reinstalled 27.1.3 with a new download.
Continued to experience the same issues.
Updated to 27.2.1 (once again, clean install) when a fix was announced, hoping this would solve my issues.
(Did not install plugins on last clean install.)

Issue experienced:
Intermittent encoding overload, then a full disconnect (as shown in log) displayed in OBS as continuous encoding overload with dropped frames & 0fps transmitted.

Fixes tried:
OBS run as Admin
Updated graphics driver
R1CH Twitch Bandwidth test (2 images attached, all good quality)
Lowering settings to 720p, 30fps, 2k bitrate
Different encoder presets (low-latency performance etc)
Selecting a server (London 3 and London 4) instead of leaving it on Auto.
Ticking "Enable network optimisations".

Log WITHOUT "enable network optimisations": https://obsproject.com/logs/hSoiOvULH8A0aNQw
This includes WriteN errors at the time of disconnect.

Log WITH "enable network optimisations": https://obsproject.com/logs/NbCqfOuG1MMZqD9K
This includes FD_CLOSE errors at the time of disconnect, however, the result is the same.

I've been trying fixes and testing for about a week now, does anyone have any other things I can try?

Thank you to everyone who has given advice so far.

Bitrate has been fine at 5k or 6k for 1080p 60fps for months with zero issues. I have also tested 720p30fps at 2k, 3k, and 4k bitrate.

My CPU usage is about 40% when streaming.

I have tested all different encoder presets as stated in my original post, including all quality and performance modes. Low Latency Performance is just the final one I tested.

have you check the CPU in OBS or in the taskmanager !
and look when the game us running in the taskmanager

and try to use a cable conection, wirless conections are instable.

try use nvenc encoding the 660ti must have NVENC !

My log file literally says:
Interface: Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (ethernet, 1000 mbps)

I am using an ethernet cable, not wireless...

The screenshot in the original post shows that I'm already using NVENC.

I will try updating the network drivers manually.

I can co firm that I am also experiencing the same issue as posted on OP. Cpu usage is only at 50% for me though. Never experienced the random disconnects prior to the update and I am connected though ethernet.

if you have updated to 2.4.1 and have the stream elements plugin installed please delete the complete obs folder and reinstall obs

I've never used anything from StreamElements, no.

If you read the original post, you'd see that I wrote " (Did not install plugins on last clean install.) "
