obs disconnecting

before you ask yes, i read the sticky on dropped connection/frames. from lower bitrate to checking the server i did everything the guide suggested. it seemed to work on Tuesday stream but then disconnected 5 times yesterday on Wednesday. i was streaming just fine before my ssd failed and after a new ssd was installed to replace it it seems like it disconnects 1-2 times a stream over a 4 hour period. heres the log from yesterday, im not good with stuff like this some help is appreciated.

Edit: im using an ethernet cable and a network speed test measured at 377 mbps so by all appearence my internet should be strong enough.

the best server when tested was already the one set in obs (10000 kbps 5ms quality 100). should i list setting like the quality, bitrate, or fps? maybe i set something too high. also, im no expert but at one point in the log it meantion dropped frames from insufficient bandwith/connection stalls. should that be happening through an ethernet cable?
