OBS disconnecting while streaming LIVE

I have been experiencing issues with OBS Studio while streaming. It cuts the Stream off and attempts to reconnect which seldom happens. When I try to stop streaming it freezes and I have to exit and close OBS completely. I've done internet speed tests, Unistalled and Reinstalled and even used earlier versions and the problem persists. I've lowered my bitrate and done everything conceivable with no luck. I use direct Fibre with an Ether net cable with Upload speed over 25mbps. It happens regardless of what platform I stream on. I use Facebook LIVE and Mixcloud.

Could someone please help.

The re-connect feature got bugging with v25.x.x. I do know that it works perfectly with 24.0.3.

Before you rollback, post a log with a streaming session. I suspect you're having network issues.

I had disconnect issues 6 months ago, that were ISP induced, then it turned out to be (i think) the corporate IT security s/w on a corporate engineering workstation laptop. OBS 25.0.8 would reconnect immediately for me, every time to FB without a problem. I dropped from the default of 5 seconds to 3 to speed things up. I got a new PC (similar power) and haven't had an issue since (so after ISP fixed DSL line, later disconnect issues nothing to do with OBS)

So for me, w OBS 25.0.8, if stream disconnects it has been either the PC or our Internet connection.

indicates your PC itself has a problem ... could be something in your OS (outside OBS), an OBS plug-in, and OBS setting, or simply an overloaded PC?
