Please try a stream with the "new networking code" enabled (advanced settings). You can leave low latency off. The new network code has better error reporting, so if you still experience disconnects, please post another log.
Im still experiencing problems, ive reinstalled OBS and Reset my whole computer, and factory reset my router. nothing worked. Please Give me another solution. Thanks
Ive tried Dallas, & Houston texas serverss and it does that same thing. ive streamed before with no problem but recently like a week ago ive been having issues. @Harold

It's a connection issue, not an obs issue.
EVERYTHING we could give you as steps to solve the issue is already in the guide.
