OBS disconnecting randomly

My OBS client while I'm streaming live to twitch, will just randomly disconnect... that being said it usually doesn't happen until I get really far into stream from like 8 hours to 12 it usually cuts out and when it cuts out it usually reconnects within the next minute which is fine but its annoying having it consistently disconnect in the middle of stream every stream. By disconnect I mean the bitrate drops to 0, my chat disconnects, my soundalerts from twitch disconnects, pretty much everything disconnects but only momentarily. I would say this sounds like an internet provider issue or something like that maybe a router issue but I have the best plan at my ISP (verizon gigabyte plan 900downlad and upload speeds its crazy good) so I highly doubt its that.... also I just got a new router thats a beast of a router because my last router was poop so i also highly doubt its that. Another thing that makes me think its not my internet in anyway is when everything disconnects in OBS nothing else is disconnected on my computer.... its only OBS everytime. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that would help but it didnt fix the problem i also tried changing my encoder from my CPU to my GPU which didnt fix it.. im kinda running out of solutions and I would really appreciate some help as I am trying to do streaming full time. I attached my last stream that it happened. (it happens every stream consistently just only after a certain amount of hours I THINK, i dont actuall know if thats true or not its just a guess cuz thats when it happens most)

Thanks.

Try Twitch Inspector next time you stream to see what is happening from their end
ISP could be port blocking OBS to Twitch after a number of hours
Could try a VPN

Also, Run OBS as Administrator
Your Voicemeter sample rate does not match your other audio sources
