Bug Report OBS Disconnecting Internet

Hi, I'm a relatively new user to OBS, but I've been used it before for about 5 months. Only recently have I started using it daily to stream my gameplay to twitch. I've encountered an odd bug where OBS doesn't crash, but does lose connection to Twitch, and has to reconnect, giving me the "Reconnecting... 10" count. However, when it does this, my game, Skype, Chrome, AND OBS all lose connection, until I close OBS, or OBS reconnects to the internet to continue the stream. This has happened several times to me, regardless of whether the stream had been running for hours, or if I had just turned it on 15 minutes ago. I have a wired internet connection to my modem, and proper OBS settings for my game and internet speed. This ONLY occurs when I have OBS open and streaming.

TL;DR, OBS is Disconnecting my internet and all internet using apps, even though I have a wired connection, and proper stream settings.

My modem is fine, I have a 15 MB Down and 1.5 MB Up, and I just scanned my computer with AVG, and there were no malicious files or programs. The only programs I currently run are the ones listed above, Google Chrome, my game (League of Legends), Skype, and OBS. So unless there's some weird new bug with Skype or Chrome (Which I doubt as many high profile Twitch streamers use all three whilst streaming), its an issue with OBS.

Hi, I was just wondering if you found a fix for this? I've been having the same issue all of last year and then it randomly stopped, and is now happening again. It happened when I had an upload of 2.4 and now I have an upload of 38 and it is still happening. I have brand new routers and modems. I am a partnered streamer with over 70k followers so this is a huge disappointment for me as it is preventing me from growing my stream. I know another streamer who is also having the same problem :(
