Question / Help OBS Disconnecting in precisely 29:54 intervals after update

After going live on Twitch, the stream lasts for exactly 29:54 minutes before OBS suddenly disconnects. At this time a Windows 10 alert pops up informing me of the disconnect. OBS attempts to reconnect but it will not ever reconnect until I close OBS, which often requires task manager. The stop streaming button is grayed out during this. I can then restart OBS and restart my stream but it will inevitably disconnect after the same amount of time has passed. Note that varying amounts of time occur in between relaunching the stream yet it always disconnects after the same time interval of being live regardless.

As pictured below, I completed a stream on the 8th with no issues. I then updated OBS to the latest version. In both streams since, I have not been able to stream past 29:54 (the most recent one, I manually ended early). This includes a stream from my PC, and one with my HD60 S from the Wii U, so my capture card has nothing to do with it. It also seems evident that my internet has nothing to do with it, as I was able to stream on it prior to the update, and that Twitch has nothing to do with it either.

Desperate for help here, adding some more info to make it as clear as possible.
I'm using
Windows 10
and
OBS 21.0.1

and I have several months of streaming experience without this issue, but I had to take a break that was long enough for the rest of my VODs to expire.
I have gone through all settings that are in OBS and as far as I can tell nothing is relevant to this issue so if I'm missing something please help me.

It's honestly probably your ISP based on the nature of the disconnect.

I am on a new ISP. However you can see that I completed one stream with no issues. But why would an ISP disconnect OBS (and nothing else! my chat continues) in exactly 29:54 intervals like this. I'm no expert but if you could explain why you believe it is the ISP and how I could try to remedy this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know that this link is basically posted on every single post here. I have read it already. I have a rather fantastic issue, with the exact nature of the disconnects, and it is astounding to me that this issue at least appears to be unique; no amount of searching this forum or google has yielded any answers, or anyone having this issue.
